Office Administrator

Epiar is searching for an affable and dynamic Office Administrator with prior experience to join our team of experienced professionals. Working closely with our Manager of Operations and our sister company, Top Draw, the successful candidate will provide support to our management team.

  • Experience with bookkeeping and invoicing.
  • A love for everything Internet related.

You will be expected to…

  • Welcome visitors, diligently answer incoming calls, file and organize documents, handle mail and couriers’ packages, as well as other general reception duties.
  • Order supplies and generally make sure the office is always fully stocked.
  • Stay on top of general bookkeeping including invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Book appointments, manage schedules, and most importantly - organize parties!

Senior Account Manager (Business Development) - Edmonton, Alberta, Canada

Are you looking for a highly visible and lucrative opportunity with an exciting and dynamic company? Do you seek a company that will take advantage of your current experience while at the same time allowing you to learn from talented people and bring your career to the next level?

Epiar is seeking an experienced Account Manager who will be directly responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship with new and existing clients. This individual will be an energetic self-starter who is proactive in driving revenue, increasing the client base, and selling for Epiar. You must be results-driven and committed to creating new business opportunities in a dynamic marketplace, with experience selling within the technology, marketing, and search industries a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently achieve assigned quarterly and annual quota objectives.
  • Effectively prospect, sell, and develop accounts.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations.
  • Successfully negotiate and close sales contracts, including writing statements of work and proposals.
  • Work collaboratively with all levels of staff and external strategic business partner contacts.

The Senior Account Manager will have a highly responsible, extremely demanding client-facing role and will be expected to demonstrate a level of professionalism, focus, and overall commitment commensurate in this highly competitive market.

Requirements

  • Formal education/training in business/marketing with experience in Internet technology or a related field.
  • Proven track record of sales success with 2-3 years of sales experience required in preferably technology or Internet industries.
  • Self-motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed sales goals and push client expectations.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, and presentation skills to prospects at all decision-making levels.
  • The candidate must be results- and people-oriented with excellent organizational and managerial skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage details, efficient work habits, and flexibility.
