Carissa has been falling in love with complex business problems over the last five years as a strategic communicator. Calculated strategy and well-laid out plans is her game. She excels at managing the demands of the quickly evolving digital strategist role and thrives under pressure.

If there’s something she loves more than performing qualitative and quantitative user research, it’s creating useful content. She was even offered a content strategist internship at Facebook.

Working with several clients in various industries, ranging from post secondary institutions to health innovation companies, her diverse background allows her to step in several roles from business analysis to digital strategy.

Her enthusiasm for keeping the user’s experience at the top of mind and breathing life into creative ideas, paired with her user-centered approach, make her a great fit at Top Draw.
