We’ve written a few blog posts over the years about the importance of good customer service; suggestions for business etiquette that include promptly returning phone calls, remembering client’s names, helping troubleshoot issues, and the list goes on.
But sometimes, you need to put the calculated efforts aside and just do something nice.
Kimberly, our lovely Account Manager (and master-baker), showed up at work recently with a few jars of cookies. She baked ginger sparklers for some of our friends/clients who recommended us to colleagues.
We thought that was such a nice gesture, we wanted to share. Thanks Kim for your thoughtfulness and thanks to the lucky recipients who tweeted about their sweets!
